Grant process
Many factors such as patients outcome and progression of the disease. Everyone is eligible to apply however since our financial resources are limited all patients are encouraged to provide sufficient evidence of financial hardship.
Steps to Apply:
- Send a letter to info@crlfoundation.org stating your health, financial status, and why you are requesting funds.
- Board of trustees will review your qualifications.
- If qualified you will be contacted to provide additional requested documents.
- If qualified we will be issuing a check for all related health expenses.
A decision not to fund a proposal does not reflect on the merits of the applicant or the value of the proposal.
